All payments to be made in full on completion. Cheques are accepted with a valid guarantee card. Unfortunately, accounts cannot be given to any person or company without prior written agreement.

Liability

No liability will be accepted by Autovalet Direct UK or its operators for any mechanical or electrical failure whatsoever, including security systems, resulting from work carried out upon any vehicle that a customer has requested to be cleaned. This includes damage to poorly adhered paintwork and fabrics not able to withstand the cleaning methods employed by Autovalet Direct UK and its operators.

Extremely dirty vechicles

Autovalet Direct UK will always endeavour to carry out the work in the timescales indicated. However, where an appreciably longer valet will be necessary to clean to our quality standards, prices may be surcharged at operator's discretion. Wherever possible, advice of any surcharge will be given before work commences.
